NTP in Action

Attendance at Coverings 2012, held April 17-20 in Orlando, increased 19% over 2011, with registration totaling well over 22,000. Produced by National Trade Productions, Coverings is North America’s largest tile and stone exposition. While all attendee segments showed double-digit increases, the fastest-growing category came from architects and designers, increasing 84% over 2011. The number of exhibiting companies also increased by 24% and the number of square feet of exhibits was up 14% compared to Coverings 2011.

NTP is pleased to announce that it will handle exhibit and sponsorship sales for NCEA 2013 taking place at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston. National Catholic Educational Association (NCEA) is a professional membership organization of the Roman Catholic Church.

The GOVgreen Conference and Exposition has placed 11th on Expo Magazine’s Top 25 Fast-Growth Shows of 2011. To compile the list Expo magazine concentrated on both performance metrics and new strategies, innovative ways of showcasing exhibitors and use of new media and IT.

On August 17 and 18, representatives from NTP, APWA, The Expo Group, the Denver CVB and facility services met at the Colorado Convention Center to finalize plans for the 2011 APWA International Public Works Congress & Exposition, coming up September 18-21 in Denver, CO.

On Monday, August 15 and Tuesday, August 16, 2011, representatives from American Public Transportation Association (APTA), Freeman, NTP and Lakeshore Audiovisual flew down to New Orleans for the final tie-down meeting for APTA’s EXPO 2011.
