Conference programs create the pulse of an event and are a driving force in attracting attendees and exhibitors. NTP’s conference staff has developed processes to manage complex conferences from content development to logistical execution.  It is important to provide new educational opportunities, raise the bar from previous events and make the content relevant to attendees.  We will work hand-in-hand with you to develop concepts, search for fresh faces for speakers and study attendee needs.  

• Establish key dates based on the marketing timeline for content development and delivery
• Develop and update the conference schedule
• Build and maintain the speaker database
• Acquire appropriate speakers by issuing a Call for Presentations and targeted invitations
• Manage a proactive speaker communication effort to provide and collect relevant information
• Oversee all on-site conference elements, including  onsite speaker ready room, meeting room setup, speaker orientation program, handout distribution and session evaluations
• Provide speaker services, including registration and housing arrangements
