| Strategy/Tactics: |
NTP recommended re-packaging sponsorship opportunities to better fit the needs of the exhibitor base. This entailed developing new sponsorship opportunities and developing a customer relations campaign to bring a high level of service to the sponsoring organizations. To balance the high-end sponsorships, we also created lower price point opportunities that gave smaller companies a chance to vastly increase their visibility. On-site, a dedicated registration area and business lounge was added to enhance the sponsor’s show experience. Individual exhibitors were targeted for specific sponsorships based their core competencies. And, if a sponsorship as it was offered did not meet a prospect’s objectives, we tailored it to their needs. |
