Since The Intelligent Transportation World Congress rotates between North America, Asia and Europe, ITS America challenged NTP to increase international participation and grow the event by working with foreign sales agents. |

Strategy/Tactics:
|
In order to maintain the relationship vital to increasing retention and increasing foreign participation NTP and ITS America partnered with two foreign sales agents to promote the event. Structuring the event to allow the local partner to host and at the same time maintaining the non-hosting partnerships as sub-agents throughout the 3 year cycle maintains the perfect synergy created for exhibitors, suppliers and the associations. |
