Robert E. Harar
Chairman
Robert E. Harar, Chairman, founded National Trade Productions in 1976 with the goal of becoming the country's premier trade show, conference, association meeting and corporate events producer. Under his leadership, NTP has produced over 1,000 events worldwide in more than 20 industries.
Robert’s vision for NTP is an entrepreneurial culture that includes a mix of proprietary events and events managed for clients. The shows NTP has created and owned include FOSE, a Tradeshow 200 event with more than 75,000 registered attendees. Over the years, Robert has developed an organization that provides tremendous opportunity for aggressive and energetic talents, encouraging employees to develop and institute new ideas.
Among his many contributions to the industry, Robert was the Chair of the Society of Independent Show Organizers (SISO), and is a featured speaker at many events. He has participated as a member of the Board of the Center for Exhibition Industry Research (CEIR) and has made significant financial contributions towards its success. Robert currently serves as the Chairman for National Trade Productions and works as a consultant for organizations facing significant change within their event

Jennifer Hoff
Chief Operating Officer
Jennifer has been in the trade show industry since 1989, joining the NTP team as FOSE conference organizer in 1992. She received multiple promotions throughout her career at NTP and now is the Chief Operation Officer. In this capacity, Jennifer oversees the operations, logistics and customer service for NTP’s conferences and expositions.
Jennifer is actively involved in the trade show industry. She is currently serving on the IAEM (International Association of Exposition Managers) and MATSO (Major American Trade Show Organizers) Boards of Directors. She has served on the program committee for the International Association for Exhibition Management (IAEM) DC Chapter. She has also held a number of IAEM DC Chapter Board of Directors positions including Membership Chair (1998-99), Program Chair (2000) and Chairman of the Board (2001).
In 2002, she served as the Chair of the IAEM Foundation Education Committee. She is currently a member of the IAEM Security Issues Task Force and Editorial Advisory Board. She has recently been appointed to serve on the Asian Exhibition Council. This council involves interaction and idea sharing with members from the U.S., Thailand, Singapore, Korea, India and China.
Jennifer has been a CEM (Certified Exposition Manager) since 1998. This designation requires recertification every three years. She serves on the CEM program faculty for IAEM and teaches a number of full-day courses throughout the year including Crisis Management, Project Management and Trade Show Operations. She has also contributed to the Art of the Show 3rd edition, which is a text book used in colleges and universities.
Jennifer has instructed the Introduction to Exposition Management course at Northern Virginia Community College. The course is an intensive 16 week course that covers all aspects of trade show management. She also developed an IAEM Intern Program during the TS2 2000 exhibition. She was the only show manager invited to speak at the Exhibitor Service Contractors Association (ESCA) annual meeting in 2005 about how contractors and show managers can work more effectively together.
Jennifer has a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Tech in Production and Operations Management.

Glenn Feder
President, Client Events
Glenn spent six years at NTP managing our ever-growing team of sales professionals. As Vice President of Sales, Glenn has built and directed an aggressive, goal-oriented, consultative sales team and has had responsibility for developing and building relationships that ensure high sign-up and retention rates with exhibitors and long-term partnerships with association clients.
He and a sales staff of 17 have had responsibility for 10 to 15 shows annually, representing more than 4,500 exhibiting companies, 1,370,000 nsf of exhibit space, $31 million in space revenue and over $1.6 million in sponsorship, advertising and other non-space revenue. Average year-over-year exhibitor/sponsor space selection re-sign rates across all client events has been 91%.
As a result of his solid six year sales management track record at NTP, strong leadership and team-building skills and in response to an interest in increased focus on the Client Events side of NTP, Glenn was promoted to President of this division in 2006.
Glenn's experience with NTP spans over 80 events across a wide variety of industries such as intelligent transportation systems, public works, public transit, geo-spatial technology, government security, law enforcement, experiential marketing, occupational therapy and tile and stone. This extensive experience in multiple industries gives him and his team an array of proven strategies and tactics to bring to any trade show event.
A 20+ year sales, sales management and business leader, Glenn has entrepreneurial and Fortune 100 experience across several industries, including medical equipment and supplies, ground transportation, business travel and transportation. His background in national account management and strategic partnership cultivation is an important element of NTP's new business and strategic development plan.
Glenn has a B.B.A. degree in Marketing with special emphasis in Marketing Research from the University of Massachusetts.

Paige Cardwell
President, Creative Solutions Group
Paige oversees the corporate marketing for National Trade Productions (NTP) and CSG, NTP's creative design firm, as well as the marketing initiatives for all clients. An association veteran, Paige spent six years marketing and producing association expositions, conferences and events in dynamic consumer product industries before coming to NTP in 1998.
Her expertise in new business development and strategic marketing tactics has enabled her to consistently increase exposition sales and conference attendance in very competitive markets. She has marketed more than 100 trade shows and conferences and has been awarded five “Art of the Show” awards from IAEM.
Paige joined NTP from the Satellite Broadcasting and Communications Association where she was director of marketing. Prior to her tenure at SBCA, Paige spent three years with the National Coffee Service Association as national events and membership manager. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania.
Paige is a member of the Direct Marketing Association, American Institute of Graphic Arts, and the International Association of Exposition Managers.
