Denise joined NTP Events in 2016 and serves as the organization’s Human Resources lead, supporting all HR functions across the company. From onboarding and benefits administration to policy development and employee engagement, Denise plays a key role in fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture.

Before joining NTP, Denise spent more than 15 years working in a variety of HR roles. She began her career in a nursing home setting in Western New York before relocating to Northern Virginia. There, she worked for a large payroll company assisting small businesses with their HR needs, and later served as an HR Manager for a government contractor. Across all these experiences, Denise has remained passionate about her belief that HR is the glue that holds organizations together.

Denise is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification. Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on the Washington Nationals, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.
